Client Work

For custom development projects, intellectual property rights will be defined in separate project agreements. Generally, clients retain ownership of their proprietary business logic and data, while Unifloris retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks.

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

For paid services:

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unifloris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unifloris from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
